Very Professional With Great Knowledge and Contacts
We used Jorge Martinez to purchase our new replacement home in Clermont. It's a crazy time to buy a house with prices still being high and interest rates up too. There really wasn't much inventory that wasn't grossly overpriced and the house we bought was the only one we thought was special. Due to Jorge's contacts and ability to help negotiate both sides of the deal, we got a fair price and the best interest rate available right now.

Very professional and organized
Has a definitive plan when it comes to advertising and getting a house sold. I definitely had my fair share of obstacles and this team was able to overcome all of them and get us a fair market value offer even with interest rates sky rocketing and messing with the economy and market.

They earned the commission lots of work to help move the property
Jorge and Coleen were professional and worked hard to move the property. The property was listed under another agent for 6 months without 1 offer, Jorge and Coleen delivered three offers to me in 2 months, one of which is the new owner of the property. Communication was very professional throughout the process.

Jorge and associates worked with us in all the ways you'd hope your realtor would, from start to beyond finish. If there were any speed bumps, they were invisible to us. Near-daily touch points, calling with answers before we had even formulated questions. Very accommodating and helpful for a quick purchase
We got with Cindy to assist in finding a place to purchase as a rental property for our daughter and her roommates as they continued their careers with Disney.
