Josh & Morgan were great to work with! As a first time home buyer my experience with them was comfortable and easy! If I needed help with anything they were on top of it and got it handled quickly. They also made sure I was educated on everything I was getting myself into during the home buying experience. I could not have asked for a better team to help me purchase my first home. Key has been great to work with. His presentation and explanation was very detailed from the beginning. He explained in detail all he does, even brought a detailed checklist to our first meeting, and did exactly as he said he would. He showed the house, connected with his network and had an open house quickly. He properly explained and executed his timetable for when to do what and it worked well. We had good showings and two offers. He explained the offers, told me his advice, listened to my questions/preferences and negotiated well. We both seemed to be on the same page the whole time. He was helpful from beginning to end, advised me on when and what was the right thing to do. My house sold quickly and with only common sense concessions. I am very lucky to have had such a great realtor. Highly recommended.

Todd showed me a number of properties in his home town and then he was the buyer's agent for property an hour away that I bought. He was thorough in his explanations to my questions, knowledgeable about the whole area and represented my interests in the purchase. He made it very smooth with no hitches and helped me tremendously. HIs background and areas of expertise aided in the process of purchasing the home. I would recommend him as a seller's or buyer's agent because he is thorough and patient.

Donte Dunkley is the best realtor I could have asked to have in the home buying process from beginning to end (and beyond!). He made sure we got a good deal on the home, thoroughly explained all paperwork and contracts in a way I could understand, responded immediately to my questions and needs, and appropriately advocated for me/spoke on my behalf to other parties involved in the transaction. He organized the inspection and everything for closing day so all I had to do was be there. He additionally helped me to remain calm throughout my first home buying process.
