Trevia represented us as a sellers agent when we sold our house in Charlotte. At the time we listed, we had already moved 2 hours away and the house was empty. At our first meeting Trevia helped us identify what we needed to get done to prep the house for the market. For the items that required work, she provided recommendations for subcontrators. All of the subcontractors she recommended were excellent and their prices were competative. After the house was ready, Trevia arragnged for staging to take photos. The photos were amazing and highlighted the best features of our house and yard. She agressively marketed the house and set up three days of open houses the first week it was on the market. From that point onward, we had continuous traffic of interested buyers viewing our house. Trevia maintained close contact throughout the process, providing us with feedback from prospective buyers, and she responded quickly anytime we reached out to her. When we received an offer, she used her experience to help us navigate the negotiations and kept our best interest front and center. Trevia always had the answer to any questions we had. She went above and beyond in looking for the perfect home for us. She was very upfront with us as to whether she thought it would be a good fit for us or not. She knew we had a long list of things we were looking for and sent us potential homes often.
