Key has been great to work with. His presentation and explanation was very detailed from the beginning. He explained in detail all he does, even brought a detailed checklist to our first meeting, and did exactly as he said he would. He showed the house, connected with his network and had an open house quickly. He properly explained and executed his timetable for when to do what and it worked well. We had good showings and two offers. He explained the offers, told me his advice, listened to my questions/preferences and negotiated well. We both seemed to be on the same page the whole time. He was helpful from beginning to end, advised me on when and what was the right thing to do. My house sold quickly and with only common sense concessions. I am very lucky to have had such a great realtor. Highly recommended.
