I was a first time home-buyer and Cynthia was the first and only realtor I worked with. She started with explaining me a little about the homebuying process and was able to set expectations on the process. There wasn't anything surprising that came up. Cynthia was constantly provided new listings based on my personal interests as listings came in. I don't I didn't have a week where there wasn't a house I was looking at. Cynthia I believe is very patient as I went on property to look at many different houses before I finally found the house that I fell in love with. She definitely does her best to work around your own schedule. Best of all, she made the experience fun. Very personable and fun to be around. I've continued to reach out to her about new properties that come up and recommend her to friends and coworkers that are looking for property.

I picked Mary Pat Vasquez to sell my house because I saw her going through my neighborhood, door by door, promoting an open house she was having that weekend. I decided that anybody who would put that much effort into selling somebody's house is who I wanted. From the beginning of our process she was with us ever step of the way. Always kept me in the loop as to what was going on and always available to answer my questions. We had many open houses and she never made us feel that it was a burden to give up her weekend to do that. She offered many suggestions as to what would work and not work and was there to calm our fears when the selling process slowed down. If I was selling another house in Central Florida I would certainly utilize her services again.
