Cindy is the best. She took time to get to know me. We were able to find out what I liked/didn't like and the areas that best suited my needs. We made a bid on the house but we another bid came in higher. The buyer eventually back out and we were back on the table. Cindy negotiated the price down and also got them to pay for some repairs. I would recommend Cindy to anyone.
