Hands͏ down the best realtor ever! Building͏ a custom home is so much more involved than buying an existing home on the market. We would not have been able to do this without Joseph. He has done all the communication with the architect, builder and lender. And when our lender was unresponsive, Joseph stepped in. He really did the job our lender was supposed to be doing. His communication skills are top notch, and he gets into every detail. He has gone over and above any other realtor I have ever worked with.
