Kim deserves 10 stars. She knows the market, and the business inside out. She is extremely knowledgeable. Kim went above and beyond to help find my dream home. I highly recommend Joseph. I had my house listed and I didn't receive any offers. I signed with Joseph and wow! He went above and beyond helping get my home ready and he had the fantastic pictures taken of my home. Joseph was an agent listed on zillow.com, we contacted him regarding a Condo we were interested in purchasing. He actually showed us that one and pulled a list of others that were for sale in the area. He showed us several locations and we ended up purchasing one. The housing market has been brutal for buyers since last year. Since I have a limited budget & many required conditions for my investment property, it took us 7 months to complete the transaction. With multiple rejections and limited supplies of properties that meet all of my criteria, I have already given up after 3-4 months of the journey. But, Kim didn’t. Even with limited supplies, Kim not only deterred me from getting just any properties, but she was also dedicated and determined to find the right one for me. AND we did!!
