After having a realtor for over a year and had not had any offers, or the numbers were not ready, we decided to go with Karlene, from the moment we met her she was very supportive and helpful in what we wanted to achieve. We received an offer the day after listing, and had multiple requests up until we sold our home. I cannot count our blessings not just for having Shanta as a Realtor, but as what I will consider a lifelong friend. I am 52 years old, and I can say with confidence customer service is generally not what it used to be... Shanta is an extraordinary exception. I simply will not remember everything she did for us, including numerous times we asked for assistance with issues that had nothing to do with her job. We moved from Rhode Island to Florida and utilized Shanta as our eyes to purchase our home from 1300 miles away. Every time we shared a home we might be interested in she was there with videos to show us the next day. When we made our decision, we had to ship two cars... she happily received them and kept them parked in the front of her home for two weeks until we could pick them up. She sent flowers to us when we chose a home, and delivered gifts personally when we moved in. When things went awry with just about every step of the sale of our home in Rhode Island, she went above and beyond from Florida to step in and assist in any way she could. Shanta set up and paid for a professional cleaner to come into our home before we even moved in. She was an invaluable resource for many needs locally in Florida, including schooling, cleaning, furniture, home and auto insurance, and more. As I stated, I have probably forgotten more than I remember when it comes to what Shanta did for us every step of the way, but I will never forget that we would not be here in our Florida home if it was not for her! Shanta is a fantastic Realtor, but an even better person and friend!

Karlene stayed on top of a very fluid process for me, while I was too busy to do so myself. She navigated through the COVID-19 issues with showing my home while keeping everything safe (and me working from home), and she took on responsibilities that my workload just didn't permit. Karlene is a hands-on agent and a no-nonsense negotiator, and she still manages to keep that personal touch! She and her team even took over the staging of my home for the listing photography and did an absolutely magnificent job!
