Prior to working Brenda, we spent about 8 months working with an incompetent realtor and wasted thousands of dollars making improvements on our prior home for contracts that continued to fall through. We met the next day and I was immediately impressed with her knowledge of our situation and the challenges related to selling our home. During the process of selling our home, we did not have to worry about a thing. Brenda handled EVERYTHING. Once she placed the home on the market, we received several qualified offers. After discussing each offer and deciding which one to accept, Brenda took it from there. She handled viewings, walk-throughs, inspections, and everything related to the closing process. It was such a relief for us to be able to turn the home selling process over to an experienced realtor and not have to worry about if everything was being handled. From the first day I met Kevin we sat down for a consultation he shared with me incredible details of the properties we were interested in with maps and technology and I’ve never laid eyes on before meeting with him and I knew everything about the choices before I ever went out to see the properties and he knew exactly what they had on them as far as wetlands soil reports measurements neighborhood everything before we ever left the office to go look at them it made my search extremely easy and exact I’ve used him for now 12 properties this year buying and selling and I’ve never lost money with them.

Suzette is top notch in every sense of the word. My husband and I began the search for our second home in FL, while living in VT. Suzette was great to work with. She would always pick up when when I called her and was very prompt when I texted. She gave me great recommendations and opinions when looking at potential places and I learned a lot about the process. What I really liked is that I felt comfortable when making decisions and never felt forced into anything. I understood that places can be sold quickly and she'd remind me of that, but it was always up to me to give the green light on any decision. I would definitely contact Suzette again for any future buying/selling of property.
