Karlene Grimes is amazing. She made the process of selling my house extremely easy and very quick. Karlene is an expert as what she does, and I was so happy to work with her. I was not in Florida while the house was being sold, Karlene went in and made the house saleable with some décor and minimal changes. She kept me in loop throughout the entire process and very understanding with my requests. Karlene is now my preferred and only realtor from now. Karlene and her team are the BEST!!!!

I had a Deed issue due to my fathers death and probate requirements in Florida. Kevin was able to connect me with a reputable real estate attorney that helped me clear the issue and did not charge exorbitant fees (not cheap, but reasonable). The overall process lasted 6 to 8 months during which Kevin and his team helped look into many issues on my behalf since I was out of state. The end result was a successful sale after the deed and title became fully in my name.
