We have known Kyle Sue for a little over a year now. In that time, we have shared our frustrations at this housing market, my wife and I got married, we’ve traded many stories, and created happy ones. We first made contact with Kyle Sue over the phone by a recruitment online survey. My wife and I are travel nurses. We were looking for a way to get back home, to get married, settle down, and create a family near our existing friends and family. Kyle Sue helped us come back home. Over the course of a year, Kyle helped us understand the market, advised us on what houses she felt were a good option and told us when it wasn’t, an opinion that I found valuable, and accurate. She was able to get us in contact with lenders who could mediate our unorthodox nonpermanent job postings. She provided us with her network of reliable roofers, landscapers, electricians, plumbers, and home inspectors to give us current estimates, so we would have an idea how much repairs would be for the older homes we were looking at. We texted Kyle hundreds of properties in Orlando and further, older homes, new builds, and we visited many of those houses together. What I wanted to highlight was that some of those houses were video calls, because my wife and I were working out of the state, a gesture we much appreciated. Kyle always felt only a few dial tones away to answer our questions when there was a house that interested us, and comforted us during those days after an offer was made. Eventually, we finally closed on a house. I look back at the long year we had, and can only be thankful, not only for finding a house we love, but also, the process in how it happened. We wanted to write a review to express our gratitude to Kyle, and we look forward to the next time we can work together.
