They negotiated our contract price well, repair items, and had a professional referral for all of our needs: mortgage broker, appraisal and survey companies, electricians, etc. We purchased a home with a city sewer drain pipe in our backyard and Stephanie offered to go down to the city courthouse to gain as much information for the city's requirements on what we could and couldn't do around the pipe.
