Erika helped us sell our condo within a couple of months for way over what we thought it was worth. She knows the market and was patient but firm with us about how to prepare for open houses. She was also very patient as we looked at properties in four different counties and helped us keep our expectations reasonable. At the time we had no idea what kind of property we wanted/needed and our budget changed over and over again. She was patient about that too which we really appreciated. Never rushed or pressured us and was understanding of our schedule and needs, with one of us working night shift and the other disabled. She also stayed in touch with our mortgage lender and if not for her I doubt we would have gotten the property that we did in Monterey. She was really a lifesaver and we recommend her to everyone. Near the end of the process I dropped the ball on getting all the carbon monoxide sensors in the right places at our condo and Erika not only stopped by several times herself but she also paid out of pocket for them! She was flexible with my husband's night shift schedule, working appts around his sleep and extremely considerate. Erika understood how to work with a disabled client, their needs & why sometimes I couldn't come to appts myself. She gave us expert advice on decluttering our condo & preparing our condo for listing. She listed it for a much higher price than we thought we'd get and got it sold within 2 weeks! Erika took us from county to county to see listings and was kind and patient as we looked between Aptos, Salinas, Prunedale and Monterey. Erika kept the pressure on the underwriter, the appraisers, our mortgage consultant & so many other people involved in the process, which let us finish the entire selling, searching & buying process in record time. She even saved us money where she could by working directly with the inspectors and negotiating. We'll be recommending her to everyone we know.
