We started with a different agent, but were disappointed with several aspects of her management of the listing, and switched to Erika after the house had been on the market for 4 weeks with no action. Erika pointed out a few issues (that seem obvious in retrospect, thus magnifying our concerns with the previous agent) and took over the listing, made a few changes, and we had two offers (plus one other very interested party) after the first open house under Erika, enabling us to manuever into a deal that we were very satisfied with. Wish we'd started with Erika to begin with!

I was so fortunate to be given the name of Erika Reid as a real estate agent. I was in a situation of having to sell my house quickly. I had lived there almost 40 yeas and it was an emotional experience to leave. Erika was sensitive to all of my needs and walked me step by step through the process of selling. She was amazing, not just as a professional realtor but also as a compassionate, caring, support system. She stayed on top of the sale, moving it forward every day and in spite of torrential rains that started the day we put the house on the market, the house sold very quickly for a good price. The fact that Erika lives in, and knows, Larkin Vally, where our house was located, also made a difference. She was aware of the advantages of living LV, particularly for people who have horses. I honestly cannot offer enough adequate praise for Erika. She helped me at a difficult time, is extremely knowledgeable about her profession, always able to answer any questions I had.
