Amanda, previewed our home, helped declutter it and had a professional photographer take pictures of the rooms. She followed up daily with appointment schedules and helped us relocate while our home was for sale. She had multiple open houses and when the current buyers made the offer negotiated a fair price for us. I would highly recommend her excellent skills for anyone listing their home to sell. She really cares about her clients.

We are very pleased with the effort Amanda put into finding and negotiating the purchase of our new place. To begin with, Amanda listened to us and focused our search for homes she knew we would be interested. It only took three days of searching, no need to waste time. But once we found the one, she really went to work for us. She knew the particulars about the house and helped us find an offer price. We always felt like she was on our side, without ever a hint of pressure to buy a home. She discussed our negotiating points during the bidding process. After the house inspection, she successfully sought further reductions and took charge of making sure the sellers followed through with repairs. She was always available to answer our questions quickly. It was a pleasure working with her, from beginning to end, even through the mortgage process and final closing. And beyond that, she helped us settle in and provide us information about the area, to orient us in our new town.
