Exceptional Service
Sarah provided exceptional service in our purchase of a home that we contracted on from out of state. I am also a licensed real estate agent in NC so my expectations were high. Sarah exceeded them. Great, I couldn’t ask for more
I put my house up for sale and interest rates had dropped in eight or nine months. I was looking at the other houses in the neighborhood and what they were getting and I had an idea of what I wanted, but Sarah had more insight than I did, she ended up selling my house in a week and I got the highest highest price for the house in my neighborhood. I thought I took one of those quick sale people at a loss $80,000 or better. I’m very pleased with the work she did and she was knowledgeable and made suggestions. Told me what I needed to do And it happened that quick very happy.

I CALLED SARAH FROM THE HOUSE LOCATION AND SHE MET WITH ME RIGHT AWAY, WALKED ME THRU THE PROPERTY, INSPECTING FROM GARAGE TO LIVING AREA TO OUTSIDE, VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND WALKED ME THRU THE PROCESS ASAP TO FINALIZE THE DEAL BEFORE I LEFT. THANK YOU SARAH FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.
