The process of closing was a breeze, as Amanda was very thorough in making sure we understood the process and provided the closer with all that was needed for a smooth transaction. Even after our purchase Amanda has been essential in referring us to various subcontractors for up grades we’re making to our new home. We are truly appreciative of her and her kindness. I have contacted Ashley to look for a home for our family. I have given her the specific information on what we wanted, a newer home on water, and land and a certain area. She had found the home of our dreams. She never pressured us into settling for something less than what we wanted and always had excellent communication no matter the time of day. She guided us through the inspection process and provided us with all the pertinent information that was needed to get everything ready for a speedy closing.
