I can’t thank Pat enough for helping me through this huge accomplishment. When you talk about professionalism, diligence and care this is your realtor! He aligned me with the right lender! Which was very vital for my process! As we know we’re in a sellers market so my buying process was tough. He stuck with me through all of our bidding wars and mainly he had great strategy to get our offers considered multiple times as top 2 or 3 offers at times out of so many! It was a long process to get the right home that fit for me and my family. Although, It was a long process for me to find the right home, Pat had an offer accepted months ago for me and I backed out. Pat still made it his job to find me the right home that as his client would be happy with. I can’t thank him enough and all of his patience. We looked at many homes every week. It was an emotional process for me. His support was appreciated! He helped me make a dream come true!! I’m beyond thankful Pat for your hard work and consistency.
