Patrick Pierre was our Buyer's Agent who facilitated the purchase of our 2nd home down in Florida. We live in Massachusetts, and he was able to seamlessly walk us through the process from beginning to end with literally NO setbacks whatsoever. I can’t thank Pat enough for helping me through this huge accomplishment. When you talk about professionalism, diligence and care this is your realtor! He aligned me with the right lender! Which was very vital for my process! As we know we’re in a sellers market so my buying process was tough. He stuck with me through all of our bidding wars and mainly he had great strategy to get our offers considered multiple times as top 2 or 3 offers at times out of so many!
