I have known Joyce Presley for nearly 25 years. We worked together when I was a real estate broker from 2002 until 2008. I chose Joyce to list my deceased mother’s property in 2014, because I was no longer an active broker. It was a very difficult time & Joyce was always there for me no matter what I needed. So when it came time to sell a rental property that my husband and I owned, there was no question who we were going to choose. And this property was a nightmare as it was in terrible shape, and we didn’t have any money to fix it up. Joyce wound up selling the property in record time going above and beyond the call of duty to get us a good price and close a transaction that was very difficult as we had a buyer who was not honest and that transaction was pulled from the jaws of defeat by Joyce Presley more times than I can count. She is truly a resourceful and caring real estate broker. I cannot imagine having to go through such a difficult sale with anyone else but Joyce, so when it came time to list our personal home for sale and to buy another home in North Carolina, we chose Joyce Presley again! This will be the third and fourth property Joyce has helped us with in the last 10 years and we have no regrets and nothing but praise for her selfless and tireless efforts to bring each transaction to a successful close.
