Proactive, incredibly responsive, and a steady guide through a complicated sale

Jessica was outstanding throughout the sale of our home. What stood out most was how proactive and responsive she was. She stayed ahead of what needed to happen, texted back right away, and followed up promptly by email so we always knew where things stood and what came next. Our sale was complicated for reasons unrelated to Jessica, but she helped us navigate the issues smoothly and kept things moving. Her communication, professionalism, and follow-through made a difficult process much easier to manage. We never felt left wondering what was happening or chasing her for an update. As sellers, we really appreciated having someone so attentive and dependable in our corner. I would absolutely recommend Jessica to anyone looking for an agent who stays involved and follows through.

Jessica Berchtold Forever

This is my 2nd time buying/selling with Jessica and I couldn't be any more pleased. The thoughtfulness and care that she puts into each step of the process is so genuine and beyond helpful. Her knowledge and years of experience are a huge asset, only outshone by her heart and generosity. There's no way I would've been able to close on time had she not stepped in to help with appointments and trouble shooting setbacks. When friends hear about all that Jessica has taken care of for me they typically say something resembling "my realtor didn't do that" or "I didn't know that was an option." Praying I don't have to move again for a long time but if I do Jess will be the first to know.
