So good we went back for seconds!

Jess & Co sold a house for us three years ago, under contract within a week and sold at asking price. Why wouldn’t we go back to her when we had another to move? She honestly values the property, providing options but recommending what she believes to be the best strategy. This time we had multiple offers above asking price the first weekend. Again she coached us well thru the tribulations between going under contract and closing day. Very happy!

Excellent experience with Jessica as we sold our family home of 54 years.

We had a great experience with Jessica Berchtold as our realtor. Our family was selling my Mother's house of 54 years. We had lots of questions and she was extremely responsive. I believe she helped us price the house right and we received our asking price, closing 6 weeks from signing our listing. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone.
