This is my 2nd time buying/selling with Jessica and I couldn't be any more pleased. The thoughtfulness and care that she puts into each step of the process is so genuine and beyond helpful. Her knowledge and years of experience are a huge asset, only outshone by her heart and generosity. There's no way I would've been able to close on time had she not stepped in to help with appointments and trouble shooting setbacks. When friends hear about all that Jessica has taken care of for me they typically say something resembling "my realtor didn't do that" or "I didn't know that was an option." Praying I don't have to move again for a long time but if I do Jess will be the first to know.

After trying to sell our home on our own and dealing with multiple no-shows, I was becoming increasingly frustrated. On a Monday, I reached out to Jess and told her I wanted the house on the market as soon as possible. She immediately got things moving, arranging professional photos and scheduling an open house for the following Sunday. Showings began that same day, and by Thursday, we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, less than a week later, the buyer backed out of the contract. I was extremely disappointed and discouraged, but Jess was there to reassure me and help me stay positive throughout the setback. By Saturday afternoon, the house was back on the market, and by Monday morning, we had another accepted offer.
