We cannot thank Steve enough for helping us find our new home! We had started looking for homes on our own to save some money. We stumbled upon Steve at an open house and immediately knew we wanted him to be our agent. He has great attention to detail and awesome customer service <-- these things seem to be hard to find these days. We found the perfect house for us and Steve got us in to see it immediately (something we never could have done on our own) we had an offer in and accepted within a day. We ran into lots of negotiations after the inspection and again, Steve handled everything flawlessly (he really went above and beyond meeting with contractors at the house etc etc when I couldn't be there). This is the third house I have purchased and by far the most difficult with negotiations after inspection. We wouldn't be in this house now without Steve. He handled everything in a timely fashion and negotiated with the sellers to get us what we wanted.
