Stacey was just AMAZING ! We found her when we were in last minute struggle. She step right in with her cheerful attitude and help us find our home. The best thing was not only her outgoing attitude but her “I’m your realtor and I’ll work for you attitude” My case was a REAL struggle being I was still in another state and my loan was still in a messed but she was still patience with working over everything with me.Over she’s the best to work.

A home purchase is the largest expense we will ever have in our lives, as is the case with many people. If you want an agent that treats that with the same gravity as you, then look no further. After nearly 1 year with our 1st realtor, in which we were outbid on 5 houses (that we offered tens of thousands of dollars over the asking price) we decided it was time to make a change. In the housing market, the most important thing a real estate agent can provide is knowledge and advice. This is especially true in the 2021 housing market. That is precisely what Jeff provided. This is a valuable lesson that I learned much later than I should have. Please don't make the same mistake as me. My experience with Jeff: I essentially cold called him on a Monday morning. He agreed to represent us. By 10:30 AM the same day, he was showing us the house. And we we're under contract the following morning. I was flabbergasted. If only I had chosen Jeff from the beginning, I could have avoided, most if not all, the pain and aggravation previously. And once we were under contract, the level of service was even more impressive. Jeff is so thorough and helpful throughout the process that it really sets your mind at ease. He doesn't overlook any detail. Unfortunately, I've had the misfortune of seeing the other side of the realtor coin because we were eventually able to get a contract on a house with our previous agent that failed inspection (contract cancelled). And that short process was chaotic and disjointed, at best. Jeff was able to parse our needs and requirements for a house in less than a day. He provided a invaluable service to our family that I will never forget. And I cannot recommend him highly enough. We sincerely appreciate all the assistance provided in securing our new home. We wholeheartedly recommend Jeff Gould! We are a military family moving to the area with no prior knowledge of the local area. Jeff talked with us and answered all of our many questions. He is always very polite, calm, and super knowledgeable in real estate and the local area. In fact, before we even found a house Jeff spent a day with us touring the local area. This gave us comfort with the community and we knew we could trust him to help find us something we liked in this tight market. We were moving from a different state and couldn’t make it back to see houses in person. Jeff made it work virtually. Jeff spent many hours on video calls giving us virtual house tours. He didn’t just show us the houses, he looked at the important aspects of the houses too (age of A/C unit, if there is a water softener, damage, etc). Jeff is very patient and doesn’t mind showing you as many houses as you want to see. He became a trust agent for us because he always gave us honest feedback. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and felt very comfortable asking questions and asking to see more house. Jeff was always happy to support and always had our best interest in mind! Based on our experience this is a very rare quality in an agent! Being in the military, we don’t always know anyone in the area we are moving to and are left with figuring things out on our own. Jeff has been amazing, he went above and beyond to ensure our family was taken care of and his support was tremendously helpful to our family. Hands down the best real estate agent we’ve experienced in our 12 moves!

Jeff is the BEST, hands down! If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Tampa area, Jeff is the only Realtor to call! I just closed on my third home purchase, and my second home sold using Jeff as my Realtor. Jeff just sold our home for higher than the appraised value without it ever hitting the open market! He steered us in the right direction for an asking price in the current market and had a full-price offer before the home even got listed in the MLS. It saved us the headache of cleaning the house for showings and worrying about who is viewing the home during COVID. On the home we bought, Jeff negotiated a price far under the asking price! He made our home buying and selling process easy and smooth! We even closed on both homes the same day! Jeff is extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a fierce negotiator. Even though we know that Jeff is working with multiple clients, he always treats us like his only clients and is very responsive to our needs and questions! He can recommend home inspection companies, lenders, roofers, electricians, and more. He's got you covered there as well. He has an impressive amount of connections for all kinds of real estate related vendors. I've recommended Jeff to everyone I've known for years and continue to use him myself.
