We matched with Ruth via Zillow appointments because we wanted to view a home. As soon as we matched, Ruth was very hands on and welcomed any questions or concerns we had. As first time homebuyers, she encouraged us to seek multiple lenders to find the rate and monthly payment we were seeking. Ruth was readily available via text, phone call and email our entire process and even after closing.
