Kim is such an asset. She is determined, fearless, protective, and also a friend. The home she assisted us with was a very small home and a small purchase, but she worked and acted as if it were a $1,000,000 purchase and I am truly thankful for her time and effort. I would recommend Kim and Coldwell Banker to anyone seeking a realtor in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Thank you Kim! Steve Jungbluth

James was a pleasure to work with. He stayed on top of every detail throughout the whole buying experience. My wife and I felt at ease that James was watching out for us and nothing would be left out. I would highly recommend James to anyone in need of a pro in their real estate needs!

James is an excellent agent. Always on top of things and constantly kept us in the loop during every step of the process. Always professional, objective and unbiased. Very knowledgeable of the market. We initially tried for a short sale that did not work out (the bank after 4 months decided to raise the price and we backed out). He assisted us in quickly finding another property that we just recently closed on. We will certainly seek him out for any future real estate needs in the Sarasota area.

Kim Beers was a magnificent asset during our home buying process. She helped us look at homes from a distance and was always quick to answer any questions we might have. She walked us through buying a home in NM, which is very different from home buying in FL. I honestly couldn't recommend a better realtor.

Aaron was very helpful with buying my first house. I didn't understand how hard it was to buy a house. Aaron was very patient with us and always there when we needed him we appreciate all that he's done for us.
Aaron Maddox
Aaron was very prompt with his responses to all of my inquiries. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and on time to all of our showings. I would definitely recommend Aaron to anyone.

Buying a property in a state you're planning on relocating can be difficult for many reasons. Aaron Maddox really helped to make my experience of purchasing a condo pleasant and simple. I had to count on his expertise to find right fit and I am glad I did. Aaron was good at supplying me daily e-mails with number of choices within the dollar range and style I was looking for. The process took a few months but I got what I was looking for. Aaron is a highly professional and dedicated real estate agent. I would recommend him in a minute to anyone in search of buying property in the Orlando area.

Aaron Maddox went above and beyond selling my house. I remember Aaron cleaning my house before a potential buyer saw the house. This buyer was so impressive with the clean house and Aaron's professional skills, he put a contract on my house. The house was sold the following weeks thanks to Aaron.

Aaron Maddox is a very professional and honest realtor. He had my best interest at the forefront during the entire process. Aaron always made himself available to show me listings and answer my questions despite my busy schedule. He will work hard to find the best house for your needs.

Not just your typical agent! I've encountered many a Realtor in my line of work, but Aaron puts them all to shame. My biggest gripe with most agents that they always seem to be 'running late' or 'caught in traffic'! My time is valuable and I see it as a sign of the utmost respect that Mr. Maddox has always arrived ON TIME.
There are many good Realtors that know home sales in and out. Aaron is one of them. But there are more important things than just knowledge. Dependability, communication, determination, and going-the-extra-mile...these qualities are rare. That's why I give Aaron 5 stars. Real estate is his business. His clients really are his focus. Bottom line he is dependable.

Aaron recently negotiated the sale of a residential property for us. He was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our concerns and questions and made excellent recommendations regarding the preparation of the property. He was very knowledgable of the market place and accurately valued the property, resulting in us receiving multiple offers. Following his recommendations, we were able to obtain top dollar for the property. Aaron was very responsive during the sales process, enabling us to complete the sale in a timely manner. Overall an excellent experience.

When I was looking for property in florida, my brother-in-law referred me to Aaron. From the start Aaron was very accommodating to my, last minute schedule. I really appreciated his knowledge of the area and his professionalism throughout my search. He pointed out things that were beneficial and this that could be expensive in the future. Although I did not end up purchasing property, I would highly recommend Aaron to home buyers and professionals alike.
