We worked with James for several months to find the perfect home within our price range. In a tough market he was able to help us find the perfect place for our family. If you're looking for a realtor in Sarasota who is personable, knows his stuff, and works hard for you - you'll love James!

We would definitely recommend James Tassell to all of our friends and to anyone buying a home. His attentiveness, knowledge and general concern for us as a home buyer was overwhelming. Any questions or challenges that came into to play were taken care of immedetely. The referrals James gave for lenders, lawyers and the like turned this out to be one of the most positive financial experience's! All parties answered our questions in a timely manner and toke care of the little things that could drive a person crazy when buying a home. When we chose to buy again we will make the first call to James and know everything else will fall into place. God bless and much success, Suzanne Gordon & Kathy McNerney Sarasota, Florida

Jennifer was a key part in our first time buying experience. She was very responsive and set up appointments very quickly. We were able to find our dream home in less than a month, and close in a timely and efficient manner. Jennifer had stayed in touch with us even after closing on our home and is a lovely person. We highly recommend her!

James Tassell is a pleasure to work with. He's professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He helps one navigate complicated processes with ease. I had been using other realtors before I met James and instantly switched to only him after our first communication. Other realtors can come off as arrogant and pushy, but James is less of a salesperson and more of a guide. I feel comfortable with him and in a process such as buying a house, it's important to have someone you can trust. Having James as my realtor was the best decision I could have made.

Ms. Kim is an excellent realtor, in my opinion. She is knowledgeable and if she doesn't know, she'll find out; she met my every need, right down to my all too often redundant questions. She is familiar with all the current real estate changes, found excellent contractors, inspectors, whatever was needed and was available to me, even when she was out of town. I appreciated her young energy.... she was very reassuring to me as I haven't bought a house in over 35 years... She is my realtor and I would not hesitate in recommending her to family and friends! My sincere thanks to Kim and her entire team!
