I originally used James 6 years ago to find my starter home in Florida. He did! About 6 months ago I called on him to find a new home, that had the particular bells and whistles I wanted. He found it, recently we closed on my newest home and he sold my old home in 12 days! He was so focused and detailed, he just guided me through the process and made the experience so easy. I would highly recommend James to anyone to who is looking to buy or sell a home. Hats off to James Tassell! Jeanne Silva Bradenton, Florida

It took me a while to find the right place but Kim never got impatient with me. And we finally found it. She made the process easy and enjoyable. Unfailingly cheerful, quick to respond. She even went to view a property when I couldn't and sent me video showing the property in great detail.

My husband met Kim at an open house and was so impressed with her that he kept her business card for several years. We finally called Kim and never regretted it. She sold two houses for us very professionally. She identified where our houses needed some work to attract the best offers and then was able to give us references to local contractors who did the work for us competently and at a good price. Kim watched the sales process closely and never let a deadline pass unnoticed. She was attentive to our concerns and always returned calls promptly. I would not hesitate to use Kim for any future purchases or sales!

Kim did an excellent job of walking me through the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I had no clue what I was doing, but Kim made the process seem much more enjoyable.

James Tassell was extremely helpful and proactive throughout the selling process. He helped to drive the sale through in quick time with his flexible and can do attitude. Specifically, he directly supervised repair and maintenance procedures which needed doing before sale. His communication skills and methodology were excellent which was vital for us as overseas vendors. Furthermore he dealt with a last minute intervention from another agent in a calm and considered manner. Overall, James was a pleasure to work with, and facilitated a successful transaction. Thank you James.

We recommend James Tassell because he was very patient with out-of-town buyers unfamiliar with the whole Sarasota region. He was glad to show us homes and condos from LBK to West of Trail over a two year period before we bought downtown. He was well prepared for each showing, and has good knowledge and guidance for downtown buildings. We had good confidence in his market price guidance when it came time to make an offer, and he did a thorough job once we had a purchase contract as well. James owns the whole process, and is a high energy, pleasant guy.

James has been extremely helpful and supportive over the past several years through my changing timetable and preferences. I had been been planning to buy a 2nd home in the Sarasota area before my husband died. I put plans on hold until I retired and James helped me look at a variety of options including townhomes and condos until I found the perfect “must have” house and location for year- round. I am settled in now and I love my home. He found it for me the first day it was on the market since he knew my priorities so well. The offer was made and accepted the same day and closing process was seamless because of his diligence and experience with so many great local resources. I have already given my friends and family James’s. information to keep and pass on to others. He is wonderful to work with.

James was very helpful with our purchase of a condo on Siesta Key. He recommended an "as-is" contract, which really helped us during the inspection phase and helped us lower the purchase price to cover some repairs that came up during the inspection. He navigated the waters well and we ended up getting a great deal on a great place. Highly recommend!!

James Tassell is from the UK and you might presume he wouldn't know America's real estate market well. Not so. James' knowledge is what one might classify as deserving of a Ph.D. designation. His in-depth expertise includes a unique ability to take monetary and people hurdles and reduce them to solutions where sellers and buyers will benefit mutually. I know. I saw him do it when he handled my purchase of a Sarasota home recently. I'd left Sarasota many, many years ago and James' expertise and tireless help eased the return to my hometown. The bottom line: every buyer wants to know he or she is getting a worthwhile deal. Every seller expects her or his expectations to be equally rewarded. James makes that happen and more. When you want someone to do a job spot on think of, Tassell. James Tassell.

James has been a pleasure to work with, and my wife and I highly recommend him. He was our realtor both with a recent single family home purchase, and a condominium villa sale in Sarasota. Extremely professional, objective and we never felt pressured one way or another. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business, and of the Sarasota community. He was a true advocate for us, and that proved helpful on many occasions throughout the process. We consider him our realtor for life in Florida. We would certainly highly endorse him to anyone.
