Duana was not only professional, knowledgeable, and attentive but I enjoyed looking at properties with her. It was like I was house shopping with someone I've known for years. She found us two properties after only our second day searching. She was able to recommend other knowledgeable professionals as needed during closing. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the entire process but it really could not have been easier. As a family, we enjoyed LBK’S natural beauty, accessibility, variety of activities in the area, and the relaxing pace to the area. About four years ago, we decided to look at vacation properties on LBK. Our first call was to James based on a Google search...the conversation went something like this: “My wife and I want to explore condos on LBK, it’s exploratory and may take a few years to make a decision either way. Also, we don’t know much about the market and we will need to get educated and will need someone in the market to help us with that...this will likely be a long-term sales process.” James responded, with “No problem, I’m happy to help!” James set us up on the Dwell website, and as he built an appreciation for what we were looking for, he would send us information of properties coming on the market. We made a number of trips to LBK over the four years to relax and enjoy all that LBK has to offer as well as to meet with James. Over the four years we had an active dialogue with James via phone calls, emails and texting. We made a number of trips to the area and James was always available to show us properties. We finally found that place we know we had to have. James’ market knowledge was invaluable as we negotiated the purchase price, he walked us through the closing process, went to the property for our home inspection while we were up north, and joined us for our walk through and closing. James was a great resource for us through our process and continues to send us emails on activity in our community. We are very happy we found James to help us and now consider him a good friend.

My husband met Kim at an open house and was so impressed with her that he kept her business card for several years. We finally called Kim and never regretted it. She sold two houses for us very professionally. She identified where our houses needed some work to attract the best offers and then was able to give us references to local contractors who did the work for us competently and at a good price. Kim watched the sales process closely and never let a deadline pass unnoticed. She was attentive to our concerns and always returned calls promptly.
