James was very professional, he educated us about the area, different types of property, market conditions, and provided insights on local and state real estate trends and changes. With us not always being present in town, James would always be responsive and available to take detailed videos of properties of interest. This gave us greater confidence to plan trips to come see properties in person. Once we located the right property, James was essential in handling offer terms, inspections items, and coordinating all other aspects of our purchase. We would recommend James to anyone looking for a true professional to assist with selling or purchasing a property.
