James has a wealth of information not only about local market conditions but also about different types of housing. We looked at manufactured homes in Palmetto and learned about the restrictive financing options, We looked at condos and finally a single family home. Each step of the way James was able to educate us on our options, We could not have come to the end result of buying a home without his expertise.
