Lindsay was our agent to both sell our townhouse and buy a single family home. She was great to work with - very professional, responsive, and worked tirelessly throughout the entire process. She quickly and efficiently prepared contract documents, stayed in close contact with us and others part of the home buying/selling process (mortgage lender, other realtors, HOAs, title company, home inspector, etc.) and made sure we were informed and aware of each step in the process. She was a great negotiator on both the selling side and buying side and was able to get us a fair price for both our townhouse and single family home.
