My situation turned into a very unique one when my washing machine flooded my home 10 days prior to the closing date. Kent Erickson was incredibly patient with the process regardless of all the hiccups along the way. My home sold longer than expected, but that was not due to anything other than the unfortunate disaster that occurred. Kent Erickson was able to get the buyers to wait for all of the renovation to be completed and the same buyers closed on the sale 3 months later. I am truly grateful for Kent and his understanding, patience and communication throughout the entire process.
