Kent Erickson is excellent at his job! From the first meeting we had with him in our home while still deciding which realtor we wanted to use, through the final time we met with him while at the title company signing the closing documents, and every meeting, phone call, and text in between, Kent was always well-prepared and able and ready to answer all of our questions. And he did it promptly and always in a very friendly, professional, and approachable manner. We highly recommend Kent and are very happy he was our realtor.

Kent was very responsive, finding time to meet with us on our schedule. I know he has other clients but we felt like his only client. I really appreciate that he listens and brings his expertise on real estate and the Meridian market to our home buying experience. He goes beyond the real estate transaction itself, and provided contacts for other professionals we needed in our journey. Kent is also supportive, communicative, explains himself well, and supported us in our purchase.

My wife and I had a house in Nampa that we wanted to sell. We've never really sold property before, so to say we didn't really know what we were doing is an understatement. We hired a realtor and listed our house in April of 2025 and took it off the market in September 2025 because it didn't sell. Why? There are a myriad of reasons, none of which have to do with Lana Roberts. The part of the story that DOES include Lana Roberts is when she showed up at our home in Nampa and pitched her game plan for how she was going to sell our house. It was so refreshing to hear her ideas! Additionally, she addressed our concerns about specific aspects of the process by saying things like, "I'm going to call them on the phone, and have a conversation so that we can work out a plan that is best for everyone!" Lana listened to us and set our expectations. Her team put together a comprehensive sale price based on the other properties in our neighborhood (turns out our last realtor had us WAAAY over-priced), they staged our home and added cards throughout the house giving people a sense of use and vibe of the home. I could go on and on; however, when it came time, Lana listed our house on a Thursday and we were under contract the following Monday!! We have since sold the house and the stress of two mortgages/properties is behind us. Had we picked Lana on day one, we would have never gone all of that time not selling our home!! We wasted so much time and energy going with a realtor who was not the least bit invested in selling our home. Lana on the other hand, dove in and learned about our house, the area, the era it was built, and made us feel like she wanted to help us with this major ordeal rather than just bank a commission! If you have a property to sell, and you are reading this, you have found the realtor for you. I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend Lana and her team with your home! They are incredible, personable, professional, and frankly the best in the business!!

We had our house listed for 7 months before we met Lana. We decided we needed a change when our previous realtor wasn’t returning our calls or giving advice on how to move forward. As soon as we listed with Lana she came in, staged our house, set up open houses and made beautiful flyers. I knew from the start that she loved our house as much as we did, and that love and excitement came through in everything she did. When we listed with her we were under contract in 4 days. She reached out consistently to keep us updated on the process and responded immediately when we had questions. We had never sold a house before and the previous seven months were really a nightmare. When Lana walked in the process became a dream. I could not recommend this brilliant, hard working, kind and amazing woman more.
