As a native Idahoan, he and his wife have spent a lifetime in the Treasure Valley community, living, working, and raising their three children. After receiving his BA in Communications from Boise State University, Kent began his career in men’s business clothing, earning the designation of Master Custom Designer from the distinguished Custom Tailors and Designers Association of America. While providing Idahoans custom-tailored attire through his J. Kent Ltd. custom clothing business in Boise, Kent pursued his interest in real estate. For more than three decades, he has bought, sold, designed, and built houses in the Boise area, both as an investor and a homeowner.

Service and professional excellence above the rest!
Kent has helped us through a major shift in our lives - selling a rental and our existing home and purchasing a new one. Through all of these transactions and the related things that needed to happen, Kent and his team were extremely helpful and a delight to work with. Kent's guidance and creative thinking helped us reimagine our new home and create excellent outcomes on the sales of the other two houses. Treated my House like it Mattered
Kent and his team did an amazing job selling our house. The staging, photography, and marketing materials were all top notch. This extra effort made my house stand out, resulting in a great transaction for us. Kent was also fantastic to have in our corner for advice and negotiations. Highly recommend.

Accessible, Knowledgeable, Organized, Tenacious.
It was a pleasure (yes, a pleasure) to work with Lana in the purchase of our new home. I told her what I needed in communication (or lack-of in my personal situation lol), what I was looking for in a home (all the things), and shared my anxieties (so many) from beginning to end. Lana listened to me and responded accordingly through the whole process. Lana carried herself as a professional and experienced Realtor who wanted for us what we wanted for ourselves. I can't remember exactly when it was that I asked her to share with me "qualifying homes", but pretty sure it was at least 8 months ago or more! The patience that takes... We thoroughly enjoyed working with Lana and we TRULY appreciate the tolerance & patience of her partner Q in regards to the demands of (and Lana's passion for) her job! We would definitely work with her again in the future if our situation warranted it. Highly recommend working with Lana for anyone interested in listing or selling in the future!
