I have now bought and sold a house with Kim as my Realtor. She has become a very close friend over the years and the relationship doesn't stop with the sale. She has sent dog treats for Teddy every year since I bought my house! She is fair and understanding and will listen and do everything to meet your buying needs. I loved working with Kim! She was always responsive and patient with me. She scheduled showing in minutes so I could be one of the first to see a new house on the market. She worked late into the night hammering out a deal for me that ultimately got me the house of my dream with EVERYTHING I wanted. She talked me off the ledge a few times when I was stressing out about all the details surrounding my VA inspection. You can't go wrong with Kim as your realtor!
