Sue has consistently gone above and beyond. She helped my daughter and her husband buy their first house and never once took advantage of their naivety, but was careful to show them the positive AND negative aspects of each house. Justin was attentive and knowledgeable. Very appropriately approachable. Meaning; He never made me seam like I had to go buy and Italian jacket and fancy shoes to go house shopping but he himself is always clean and in good order. That being said he does take those extra steps to explore seller's interests and to dive into his client's search-properties when on site. He's not afraid to come clean and leave dirty if that is what the job calls for,He can keep up with you and is quick on his feet. He is not afraid to tell you what he really thinks and takes the time to search for answers in a not always clear market. This process can be very difficult and frustrating, I believe... But I didn't really encounter any blockades with Justin. I don't want to make it seam like house shopping is like going to the grocery store but I doubt if you go with Justin that you will loose the chance on the dream home that slipped away. I never could find an address that I could ask him about that he wasn't already working on. His "Leads" are quite up to speed,always responsive when time does matter and will not just leave you sit. Veteran and Family friendly-2 spectrums not usually traversed with such a genuine feel. Great to see a real estate agent get invested in his client's, what his client's personal needs in mind. He's a great asset to this business and I Truly hope he goes far; in life and also in the field that he is in as I feel as if the world would truly be a better place with more Justin's.
