SHE WENT AS FAR TO DO SOME OF THE OTHER AGENTS WORKING IN BUYING OUR OTHER HOUSE LIKE GOING TO LANCASTER COURT HOUSE TO GET PAPERS SO WE COULD GET THE OTHER HOUSE THAT THE OTHER AGENT SHOULD HAVE DONE. SHE HELP TO GET USE MORE MONEY FOR OUR HOUSE THEN WHAT WE WERE ASKING FOR. A BETTER HARD WORKING AGENT YOU WILL NEVER FIND THERE SHOULD BE 10 STARS RATING.

I had a great experience with Donna. She is very detailed and informative with everything. The day I toured the house, we found out that closing ends that night at 7! She reworked her schedule and we met up that day yet so I could settle on a bid. She layed it out in detail how I could bid and I learned alot. I ended up winning the bid! Thanx alot for all you did! It was not an experience to complain about!

Susan was wonderful throughout the entire process. I was stressed out and difficult to deal with at times and she was so professional and took the lead in answering questions and calming me down. She was always extremely responsive to my questions - generally getting back to me in a few minutes. If she could behave this nicely for me when I gave her a hard time, then imagine what she can do for a pleasant client. She made good suggestions for staging and things to do and not to bother doing in order to sell my home, which sold in a few days. Highly recommend.

On our first meeting Steve quickly gained our confidence and gave us a print out of comparable homes that had sold recently in our community. Throughout the process, he was so accommodating to our needs, adjusting our tentative schedule several times and making suggestions that we hadn't considered to make the process go more smoothly. It was a joy to work with Steve, whom we found to be professional, trustworthy and acting in our best interest. He listed our home on Friday, and on Monday, 3 days later, we happily accepted an offer that was over our listing price. I would highly recommend him as an agent, whether selling or buying.
