Justin helped me in so many ways to make sure this sell got done! There were so many variables that went into getting this done and Justin was there EVERY step of the way. Even just being there for someone to talk to from a personal standpoint. This is my second time selling a home. The first was a terrible experience. And this one should have been a lot worse, but thanks to Justin it wasn’t. I am not sure it would have ever gotten done if it wasn’t for him. Justin went above and way beyond what I expected to get this accomplished. I can’t thank him enough.

I found Justin through my own search and I could not have been more fortunate to have done so. Justin was one of a few agents I initially reached out to for assistance in selling an investment property, but the only one that replied to me in a timely fashion and with what seemed to be any real interest in helping me. I was not local to the property but Justin never made me feel like that was an issue or a hassle. In fact, he stepped in and went above and beyond and worked with the tenant to facilitate getting the property ready for sale. He met contractors, checked on the property, he did whatever he could to make this process as efficient as seamless as possible for me. Whether it was getting documents to me, answering questions, or sharing his realistic expectations, he always delivered great service. The fact that this wasn't a big dollar sale did not matter to Justin at all, he still made me feel valued and as important as any other client. I highly recommend Justin for your real estate needs. You will be in very capable and caring hands!

I am a first time homebuyer, which can be pretty intimidating. I was more than satisfied with my realtor Justin. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I understood everything from the loan to the buying process. Justin was also very patient and listened to what I wanted in a home.justin always communicated with me often and any time I reached out he got right back to me. He was by my side through the entire thing even after closing when there was a few hiccups I encountered Justin was there to help. I am extremely thankful for Justin, and I will be referring anyone and everyone I know looking to by a home to Justin! Truly and amazing individual and an amazing realtor!

Justin answered my many questions in a patient and understandable manner. He was willing to respect my pace and work with my requests even though may have caused more work and we're an inconvenience at times for him. Justin was knowledgeable and showed integrity an important characteristic and rare to find in people these days. Also, the inspector Sean Meyers he recommended did well and did a good job. Justin and Sean weren't out to swindle me and I did test a little to feel them out a bit. Justin was willing to go above and beyond even at a lower negotiating price which meant a loss of some money for him. Overall I recommend both.
