I found Justin through my own search and I could not have been more fortunate to have done so. Justin was one of a few agents I initially reached out to for assistance in selling an investment property, but the only one that replied to me in a timely fashion and with what seemed to be any real interest in helping me. I was not local to the property but Justin never made me feel like that was an issue or a hassle. In fact, he stepped in and went above and beyond and worked with the tenant to facilitate getting the property ready for sale. He met contractors, checked on the property, he did whatever he could to make this process as efficient as seamless as possible for me.
