Amazing experiences, both buying and selling.

Buying a house is an important decision. We first met Teresa a month after we moved to Clearwater. As soon as we agreed to work together, after close to a month searching on our own, She immediately organized 4 to 5 visits to see properties, even though the business day was over. That night, we saw 4 properties, decided on one and next day placed an all cash offer. She was on point along the due diligence process and did represent it us very well u til we closed the deal. A year later, we contracted aging with her, this time to sell. After having tried to sell on our own for close to 3 months. Teresa suggested a new sale price, higher than what we were using before. Her strategy worked perfectly, and relatively soon we closed successfully again, this time with one of the most successful real estate transactions we have had. In summary, Teresa has many good attributes professionally, however, What we firmly believe allows her to be so succesful are her personal attributes, integrity, ethics, genuine desire to help her clients and unstoppable energy and will to push forward proactively. Got the job done quickly - very professional

Teresa is very easy to talk too - she understood our needs, and wants. She brought an all cash buyer to the table that closed in 14 days with no contingencies! She has continued to follow up and make sure everything has gone smoothly. We are very appreciative of her help and hard work.
