Very caring for her clients

Citlally answered any questions we had in a timely manner. She made sure we understood everything and if we needed to meet in person she was always available. We were afraid of negotiating and asking for what we wanted when sending an offer. She went above and beyond to speak for us and made sure we got what we asked for. She always kept us in the loop of what was going on and made sure we were happy with the houses we saw.
