Citlally answered any questions we had in a timely manner. She made sure we understood everything and if we needed to meet in person she was always available. We were afraid of negotiating and asking for what we wanted when sending an offer. She went above and beyond to speak for us and made sure we got what we asked for. She always kept us in the loop of what was going on and made sure we were happy with the houses we saw. She made our dreams of the house we wanted come true and making us feel confident in our purchase. We couldn’t have done it without her.

Working with Citlally was a great experience. Since the beginning of April, she has helped my dad and I find my dream home. Her patience and understanding of what I was looking for made this decision of buying a home and the whole process so much easier than I had expected. Sending homes to look at and making time to check out these homes. Went to a couple of homes, until I found the home I wanted. I truly agree with my dad’s statement, she put us at ease with all the questions we had and helped us.
