My husband and I knew we were ready to buy a home. After renting for years, we were tired of all the rules and ready for more space for our family. She checked in regularly, made sure all of our questions were answered, and if any issues came up during the building process, she was quick to contact the sales consultant and advocate for us. On closing day, Citlally went above and beyond to make the experience truly unforgettable. We are so grateful for her guidance, dedication, and genuine care throughout our home-buying journey. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and manageable. We couldn't have asked for a better Realtor, and we highly recommend Citlally to anyone looking to buy a home.

Citlally answered any questions we had in a timely manner. She made sure we understood everything and if we needed to meet in person she was always available. We were afraid of negotiating and asking for what we wanted when sending an offer. She went above and beyond to speak for us and made sure we got what we asked for. She always kept us in the loop of what was going on and made sure we were happy with the houses we saw. Working with Citlally was a great experience. Since the beginning of April, she has helped my dad and I find my dream home. Sending homes to look at and making time to check out these homes. Went to a couple of homes, until I found the home I wanted.
