•My experience with Tom went very well. I had certain parameters that I had to stay within on the purchase of a house. Tom kept me informed with new listings and potential houses that were within my price range. The market in my price range was extremely hot and we had to act quickly on anything I had interest in. Didn’t matter if it was an evening. and we had to act quickly on anything I had interest in. Didn’t matter if it was a morning or night or over the weekend, Tom would always find the time to put the proposal together. I believe that this helped in acquiring a home in Nampa. I would highly recommend Tom to family and friends.
