Zach was timely, able to communicate...
Zach was timely, able to communicate effectively, and looked out for my best interest throughout the entire transaction. He negotiated $39,000 off my purchase price! Granted, he knew the market well enough to know what we could ask for and what we couldn't ask for which helped a lot through the negotiation process.
