Erica was a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Honestly, there was no comparison while reviewing agents to sell our home. Erica and her team provide so much extra value in terms of marketing, etc. when listing a property. During the pandemic, they were creative, innovative, and relentless selling our home. The continuous communication was also very appreciated throughout the entire process making sure we were always aware of everything going on. Unfortunately, sometimes you can tell when some agents only care about a commission but Erica genuinely cared about having our best interests at heart. Clayton is true professional. We met him from his quick response we requested on a property we say online. He responded to us immediately. The property we saw was not the right one for us, but that only led to him looking intensely for our home. He found, what we all thought was our perfect house. Turned out it was a great house but we saw one even better but it was a buy owner. Clayton brokered the deal with the owner, without us ever knowing the owner was not easy to deal with.
