We are from IN were looking for a place in FL for our daughter. We didn't know of anyone in the area just contacted Peter because he was a listing agent on a property we found on the internet. We talked for a while and decided that was not a place we were interested in. After months of just looking on the internet ourselves we finally called him again. With his help we narrowed it down to a couple different areas of focus. Sent him a list of some potential listings, he sent us a video tour of them, and just a few weeks later we were flying down to inspect the property that our offer was excepted on.
