I loved working with Mary Jo! She was very knowledgeable about the area and was always quick to respond. She made sure to take the time to really listen to what kind of home we were looking for. The best part was that she didn’t waste our time looking at homes that didn’t meet our needs and her assistance made buying our home a lot less stressful. My wife and I just sold our home of 28 years. It was hard, our kids grew up there, so many memories. But Clayton with The Erica Diaz Team, not only made it easy, he also made it pleasurable. It's not very often that you meet a special soul, and Kim truly is a special soul! I did not know Kim prior to the purchase of our house in Winter Garden, FL, but now I consider her one of my best friends, I consider her 'family'. My daughters and I went through, and are enduring through, a life changing event with the loss of my wife. Even after the purchase of our home, and after the passing of my wife, Kim would check in occasionally to see how we were doing and sincerely ask if there was anything she could do to help us. She was 'always' there to help with questions, and when I made the decision to sell the house in order to move back closer to friends and family, Kim was there to help weigh the pros and cons of doing so. During the sale of my house, she helped cover so many of the details the entire way through the sale, and helped handle many of the issues that sometimes arise during the process. You will not go wrong by choosing Kim as your realtor. She is a kind heart, a woman of class, an outstanding realtor, and a great friend!

I would highly recommend Lora to anyone selling or looking to buy a home! She has now done both for me within the past 3 years and has greatly exceeded my expectations. Her approach is well thought out and adapts it depending on the situation. Most importantly she works at a speed you are comfortable with. She spent over a year working with our challenging requirements to find the perfect home. Our primary location had low inventory and older homes that required detailed inspections and fixes before purchasing. Her attention to detail saved us from purchasing 2 homes with major issues that could have been easily over looked. Furthermore, she responsibly negotiated repairs to our new home while maintaining an overly positive relationship with the sellers. Beyond the sell and contract negotiation, she can be as hands on as you need. For us she jumped into action with scheduling inspections, repairs, and taking time to explain each part of the process before moving forward. She even helped a seller schedule warranty repairs for an AC unit in a house that we had to walk away from. We would not have found our perfect home without Lora and thoroughly enjoyed our experience with her! She will not settle until you are 100% satisfied!

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Denise. She is honest and her years of experience in real estate really shows. She helped us narrow down the location we wanted to be in, making sure the schools for our children were top rated. We were taking the plunge to Florida from New York, having a brand new house built, which as you could understand could be very stressful but Denise really helped to take the pressure off. She was always calm and knew how to handle the builder making sure they stayed on track for our closing. She was immediately responsive with any questions we had.
