I can't say enough good things about Peggy. We live in MA and bought a condo in Scottsdale long distance. Peggy did all of the leg work, including providing virtual tours of the condo. I felt I could immediately trust her and, as a result, we bought the condo without having seen it ourselves. She continued to be of help to us even after passing papers. I don't think we would have made this kind of purchase long distance with someone else.
