A great realtor. Very friendly and most importantly in this market, she responds and gets things done very quickly. Other realtors I've had are so slow that by the time you see the house it's been sold already. She was ready to check out a listing within hours of it being on the market.

Don't pick anyone else seriously. Pick this guy. HUD home. Lost the house I wanted three separate times. Had to ditch the first loaners, he referred me to better. Lost hope I was even going to get it many times over but he still got it done with extra on the side. He doesn't mess around and he knows how the game goes. This petty review doesn't give him enough justice for all that hes done. One of the best/coolest guy I've probably ever even met. Please call him for help with buying/selling. He will get you the one you want GUARANTEED. I'm positive he'll do it with selling also.

James helped me find my first home over the course of 6 months. From the time I was flirting with the idea by setting me up with custom search parameters (thanks to which is how I found my home!) to walking me through numerous house showings, the nittygritties of the home buying process, the frustrations at lost offers met with positive reinforcement followed by advice on how to go about placing offers depending on how "into" the house I was to answering multiple calls, texts and emails at nearly all hours of the day and late into the night. It helped immensely that he had a team around him for the whole process starting with the mortgage broker (who did a great job as well) and inspectors.
